A NEW COMPANY is claiming its new design of battery could see future electric cars powered by batteries no bigger than the current AA size. LipraLoof Techologies Ltd, a new start-up, has teamed up with City Car Club to trial the new technology in its fleet of vehicles. The new batteries use a complex mix of metal hydrates to create a quad, or 4A battery, which produces far more power than a standard battery.
The Chevrolet Code 130R Concept is one of a pair of concept cars designed as a direct result of feedback from Millennials – a demographic which car companies are desperate to engage with the automobile. The Code 130R is a four-seat coupe with a classically European proportion and size and more than a passing resemblance to the BMW 1 Series coupe. The Dacia Duster finally gets updated in the UK
A whole year ago, at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2013, the Dacia Duster Facelift was revealed. But that facelifted Duster was just for the European LHD market; the UK soldiered on with the old model. But now, a year on, the UK is finally getting a facelifted Duster which, more or less, seems to follow the lead of the European makeover.
